Twitter is introducing a new feature that will allow users of the microblogging site to schedule tweets on the web. Sharing the news in the form of a GIF, Twitter took to its platform to announce the new feature and from the looks of it, the new tool looks pretty straight forward.
According to the GIF, to schedule a tweet, users have to simply craft their tweets and then click on the three dots located in the bottom bar. This will give them the option to schedule the tweet for a particular date and time. Once they have done that, they have to press the confirm button and then press on ‘schedule tweet’ to ensure that the tweet becomes visible when the user wants it to go public.

Given that Twitter has said it’s only “experimenting” with the feature, for now, there’s no way to know when — or if — it’ll be available to all users. Hopefully, Twitter does roll it out more broadly and perhaps the company will bring tweet scheduling to its mobile apps someday, too.
