You might want to argue that it’s too soon to have a sequel of Kanye West’s ‘Jesus Is King‘ album, but guess what! the rapper is undoubtedly going by rocket speed.
Barely a month after releasing his ‘Jesus Is King’ album, West announced today on Beats 1 radio his collaboration with iconic producer Dr. Dre on a sister album ‘Jesus Is Born’, which is set for release this Christmas.
Kanye had always expressed his desire to work with Dre. The ‘Jesus Is King’ crooner said during an interview on Beats 1. He met Dre in 2003 when he (Dre) approached him to produce a song for the Game
“At first I was star-struck, but within 30 minutes I was begging him to mix my next album.
“He’s the definition of a true talent: Dre feels like God placed him here to make music, and no matter what forces are aligned against him, he always ends up on the mountaintop,” Kanye said.
No doubt Dre is a Legend at making music. He engineered the musical career of A-list artistes like Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and 50 Cent.
