Aftermath of Xenophobic Attack: Federal Government Calls on Bobby Moroe

Following the recent xenophobic attack on Nigerians in Johannesburg South Africa, the Nigerian government has called on Bobby Moroe, South African High Commissioner to Nigeria.

The call was made by Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, who fixed a meeting for today, September 3rd.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, made the call on Tuesday and scheduled a meeting to hold today.

After the attack on Nigerians and their businesses by South Africans, which fizzled yesterday, September 2, Onyema swore that the Federal government would take actions immediately.

According to Onyema, the uproar as “sickening and depressing”.
